This week we did a frog dissection. We saw many parts of the frog, such as the fat bodies, lungs, heart, liver, gall bladder, ect. Our frog was a female, and we know that because there were like hundreds of eggs. One cool fact about the frog was that the largest organ in the body cavity is the liver. It was amazing seeing how different frogs are from us, but also how similar. One by one, we took out all the organs, and carefully examined them, showing the up-most care.
